Amendment of Appendix 2B [List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Preferential)] of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Appendix 2B [List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Preferential)] of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 by including the list of authorised agencies allowed to issue CoO for India-Mauritius Comprehensive Economic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement (CECPA), as under:

xi. Cochin Special Economic Zone – All products manufactures by Units in Cochin SEZ and EOUs located within the respective jurisdiction
xii. NOIDA Export Processing Zone – All products manufactured by Units in Noida SEZ and EOUs located within the respective jurisdiction
xiii. Vishakhapatnam SEZ – All products manufactured by Units in Vishakhapatnam SEZ and EOUs located within the respective jurisdiction
xiv. Falta SEZ – All products manufactured by Units in Falta SEZ and EOUs located within the respective jurisdiction
xv. Directorate General of Foreign Trade and regional offices – All products xvi. Tobacco Board – Tobacco and tobacco products

Effect of the Public Notice: List of authorised agencies allowed to issue CoO (Preferential) for India-Mauritius CECPA is notified.
