10. Pendency of Drawback Claims

Monthly Statement

With a view to monitoring the timely payment of duty drawback, the Customs Houses (Drawback Cells) are required to send a monthly statement providing breakup of the pending drawback cases for the following period.

(i) below one month

(ii) one to two months

(iii) over two months

(iv) over one years.
