In terms of Rule 18(d) of Drawback 1995 Rules, every amount or rate of drawback determined under 1971 Rules and in force immediately before the commencement of these (1995) Rules, shall be deemed to be the amount or rate of drawback determined under these (i.e. 1995) Rules until ordered or superseded by the Central Govt.
