Anti-dumping duty on Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) when exported from Japan to India.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 21 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules,1985, the Central Government on the basis of the findings of the designated authority, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 19th October, 1995, that there is a dumping in respect of Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) falling under sub-heading 4002.59 of the First Schedule to the said Act (hereinafter referred to as the said goods) when exported from Japan into India, hereby imposes on the said goods when exported from Japan into India, an additional duty at the rate of nineteen thousand three hundred and six rupees per metric tonne.

2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 13th day of May, 2001, unless it is revoked earlier.
