Anti-Dumping investigations concerning imports of Caustic Soda from China PR and Korea RP-Final Findings
The Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff(Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury)Rules, 1995, hereby makes the following clarification in the Final Findings notified vide Notification No.14/10/2002/DGAD dated 4th August, 2003.
