(E).- Whereas in the matter of “Hydrogen Peroxide” (hereinafter referred to as ‘the subject goods’) falling under tariff item 2847 00 00 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customs Tariff Act’), originating in, or exported from Bangladesh, Taiwan, Korea RP, Indonesia, Pakistan and Thailand (hereinafter referred to as ‘the subject countries’), and imported into India, the designated authority in its final findings vide notification No. 14/3/2015-DGAD, dated the 11th April, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 11th April, 2017, had recommended the imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty on the imports of subject goods, originating in or exported from the subject countries and notified vide notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 28/2017- Customs (ADD), dated the 14th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.587 (E), dated the 14th June, 2017;

And whereas, in the matter of review of anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject goods, originating in or exported from the subject countries, in pursuance of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) order No. 58470-58474/2017 dated the 20th December, 2017 , the designated authority in its final findings, published vide notification No. 14/3/2015-DGAD, the dated 17th April, 2018, in the Gazette of India, has re-determined the Non-Injurious Price (NIP) and recommended the revised anti-dumping duty on import of ‘subject goods’ originating in or exported from ‘subject countries’ and imported into India;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, read with rules 18,20 and 23 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.28/2017-Customs (ADD), dated the 14th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.587 (E), dated the 14th June, 2017, namely:-
