NOTIFICATION No. 76/2022-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, the 14th September, 2022

G.S.R…(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 51B of
the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification published in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 663(E), dated the 24th September, 2021,
namely:-

In the said notification, namely:-

(i) In clause 4, sub-clause (2) shall be omitted.

(ii) In clause 5, sub-clause (5) shall be omitted.

(iii) In clause 6, the words “or the transferee” shall be omitted.
