(E) In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 109/2004-Customs, dated the 17th November, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 751 (E), dated the 17th November, 2004,-

in the TABLE, wherever it occurs, for “DSM, Netherland” read, “DSM Fibre Intermediates B.V., Netherlands”.
