Rescinds the Cus Ntf nos. 13/2005, 17/2005 & 20/2005 related to additional duty of customs
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely:-

No. 13/2005-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2005, which was published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 111(E), dated the 1st March, 2005;

No. 17/2005-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2005, which was published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 115(E), dated the 1st March, 2005; and

No. 20/2005-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2005, which was published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 118(E), dated the 1st March, 2005,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
