Exemption from surcharge of Customs - Notification No. 58/99-Cus., rescinded
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 118 of the Finance Act, 1999 (27 of 1999), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.58/99-Customs, dated the 11 th May, 1999, published in the Official Gazette vide number G.S.R.330(E), dated the 11 th May, 1999.
