G.S.R. (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.17/2001-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2001, namely:-

In th said notifiation, the Table, after serial number 292 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

292A	8529.90	Populated PCBs of,- (a)transmission apparatus other than apparatus for radio broadcasting or television (b) transmission apparatus incorporaing reception apparatus	15%	-	-
