CUS NTF NO. 30/2001 DATE 12/03/2001New Land Customs Stations
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments or amendments, as the case may be, in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below in the corresponding manner as specified in column (3) of the said Table, namely :-

(i) for the words “Dahej and Nagapattinam”, the words “Dahej, Nagapattinam, Okha and Mundhra”, shall be substituted;
(ii) for the words “or through the Land Customs Station at Ranaghat” the words “or through the Land Customs Stations at Ranaghat and Singhabad”, shall be substituted |
| (10) | Ntf. No. 77/98-Customs, dated, the 16th October, 1998. | In condition (viii) of the notification mentioned in column (2) of this Table, against S.No. (10),-
(i) for the words “Dahej and Nagapattinam”, the words “Dahej, Nagapattinam, Okha and Mundhra”, shall be substituted;
(ii) for the words “or through the Land Customs Station at Ranaghat” the words “or through the Land Customs Stations at Ranaghat and Singhabad”, shall be substituted |
| (11) | Ntf. No. 48/2000-Customs, dated, the 25th April, 2000. | In condition (4) of the notification mentioned in column (2) of this Table, against S.No. (11),-
(i) for the words “Dahej and Nagapattinam”, the words “Dahej, Nagapattinam, Okha and Mundhra”, shall be substituted;
(ii) for the words “or through the Land Customs Station at Ranaghat” the words “or through the Land Customs Stations at Ranaghat and Singhabad”, shall be substituted |
