Duty Exemption Scheme - Import & Exports Allowed from Garhi Harsaru
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below in the corresponding manner as specified in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-

(7), (8) and (9), in opening paragraph, in condition (iv), for the words "Bhilwara Pondicherry" , the words "Bhilwara, Pondicherry and Garhi Harsaru", shall be substituted.
(8)	31/97 -Customs, dated the Ist April, 1997.
(9)	51/2000-Customs,dated the 27th April, 2000.
(10)	77/98-Customs, dated the 16th October, 1998	In the notification mentioned in Column (2) of this Table against SI. No. ( 10), in condition (viii) for the words "Bhilwara and Pondicherry" , the words "Bhilwara Pondicherry and Garhi Harsaru", shall be substituted;
(11)	48/2000-Customs,dated the 25th April,. 2000	In the notification mentioned in Column (2) of this Table against SI. No. (11), in condition (4) for the words "Bhilwara and Pondicherry" the words "Bhilwara, Pondicherry and Garhi Harsaru", shall be substituted.
