Amendment in the Notification No. 21/2002-Cus, Dt. 01/03/2002 regarding reduction in customs duty on golf cars

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No 344 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be inserted, namely:-

“344A	87.03	Golf cars	25%	16%	-”.
