CORRIGENDUM to Cus Ntf No.12/2003 (NT) dated 30th January, 2003.
In the notification of the Board, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2003-Cus. (N.T.), dated the 30th January, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub Section (i) vide G.S.R 69 (E) dated the 30th January, 2003:-

(i) In line 6 of the Note, for the word “notifications” read “notification”.

(ii) Delete the last sentence of the Note, “Hence, the particulars of the individual notifications are not indicated”.
