In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 109/2002-Customs, dated the 10th October, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3, Sub Section (i) vide G.S.R 695 (E) dated the 10th October, 2002, at page 3,-

(i) in line 7 and 8, -

for "77/97-Customs dated the 21st October, 1997" , read " 20/98-Customs dated the 5th May, 1998";

(ii) in line 15, -
