Govt postpones implementation of SEZ Scheme
G.S.R. 162 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table.

4.	47/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 565 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2003)	In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "1st day of March, 2004", the figures, letters and words "1st day of April, 2004" shall be substituted.
5.	48/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 566 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2003)	In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "1st day of March, 2004", the figures, letters and words "1st day of April, 2004" shall be substituted.
6.	49/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 567 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2003)	In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "1st day of March, 2004", the figures, letters and words "1st day of April, 2004" shall be substituted.
7.	50/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 568 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2003)	In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "1st day of March, 2004, the figures, letters and words "1st day of April, 2004" shall be substituted.
8.	51/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22nd July, 2003 (G.S.R 569 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2003)	In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "1st day of March, 2004", the figures, letters and words "1st day of April, 2004" shall be substituted.
9.	60/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 1st August, 2003 (G.S.R 626 (E), dated the 1st August, 2003)	In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "1st day of March, 2004", the figures, letters and words "1st day of April, 2004" shall be substituted.
