Exemption relating to commercial samples

G.S.R.366 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by, sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department. of Revenue), No. 154/94-Customs dated the 13th July, 1994, which was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide GSR 583 (E), dated the 13th July, namely :-

In the said notification, in the Table,

(i) against Sl.No. 3, in condition (iv), For the words and figures "Rs.60,000 (sixty thousand)" the words and figures "Rs. 75,000 (seventy five, thousand)" shall be substituted;

(ii) against SI.No.3, in condition (v), in item (A), in sub-item (b) For the words and figures "Rs. 60,000 (sixty thousand)", the words and figures "RS.75000 (seventy five thousand)" shall be substituted,
