Amendment in the notification regarding exemption to specified goods when imported into India from union of Myanmar

 

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.9/1995-Customs, dated the 6th March, 1995 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i), vide number G.S.R.110 (E), dated the 6th March,1995, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, after S.No. 21 the following S.No.s and entries shall be inserted, namely,-

Note.-The principal notification No. No.9/1995-Customs, dated the 6th March, 1995 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (i) vide number G.S.R.110 (E), dated the 6th March, 1995 was last amended by notification No.24/2002-Customs dated 1st March, 2002 published vide number GSR121 (E) dated 1stMarch, 2002.
