Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority
In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice No.DRI/MZU/E/34/2007 dated 1.10.2008 issued by the Additional Director General, DRI MZU Mumbai in the case of M/s Shah Trading & Others, to the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Chennai for adjudication.
