Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority

In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice No.DRI/MZU/C/INV-04/0809 dated 9.4.2010 issued by the Additional Director General, DRI Zonal Unit, Mumbai in the case of M/s Shri Siraj Darbar and Khalil Abrahani, to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), JNCH, Nhava Sheva for adjudication.
