In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No. 30/ KOL/ APP/ 2011/ 3395-99 dated 03.10.2011 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Kolkata Zonal Unit, Kolkata in the case of Shri Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Proprietor of M/s J.P.
