In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.DRI/AZU/INV-03/2010-Sai/2006 dated 08.10.2012 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad in the case of M/s Sai Inorganics, Room No.223, Building No. 53 Lallubhai Compound, Mankhurd, Mumbai-43 and others to the Commissioner of Customs (Preventive),Jamnagar,Sarda House,Opp. Panchwati, Bedi Bunder Road,Jamnagar for the purpose of adjudication.
