CUS NTF NO. 142/1999 DATE 30/12/1999

Rescinding Ntf. No. 83/99-Cus. dated 30.6.1999 consequent to the imposition of final anti-dumping duty on PTFE originating in or exported from Russia vide Ntf. No. 141/99-Cus. dated 30.12.1999.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) read with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.83/99- Customs, dated the 30th June, 1999, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part 11, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R.482(E), dated the 30th June, 1999.
