Anti-Dumping Duty On Low Carbon Ferro Chrome

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and ollection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, he Central government on the basis of the preliminary findings of the designated authority ublished in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-I, Section-1, dated the 23rd May, 1996, hat there is dumping in respect of Low Carbon Ferro Chrome having carbon content ranging rom 0.03% to 0.2% and chromium content ranging from 65% to 70%, originating from Russia, alling under sub-heading 7202.49 of the First Schedule to the said Act, hereby imposes on the aid Low Carbon Ferro Chrome when exported by the exporters mentioned n column (2) of the able annexed to this notification and imported into India, an anti-dumping duty at the rate pecified in column (3) of the said Table.
