Rescinding the seven notification Nos. 159/90-Cus, 160/90-Cus, 134/91-Cus, 18/92-Cus, 161/92-Cus, 260/92 and 103/93-Cus.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (department of Revenue), namely:-

(1) No. 159/90-Customs, dated the 30th March, 1990 GSR, No. 422(E) dated 30th March, 1990

(2) No. 160/90-Customs, dated the 30th March, 1990 GSR No. 423(E) dated 30th March, 1990

(3) No. 134/91-Customs, dated the 24th September, 1991 GSR No. 600 (E) dated 24th September, 1991

(4) No. 18/92-Customs, dated the 15th January, 1992 GSR No. 42(E) dated 15th January, 1992

(5) No. 161/92-Customs, dated the 20th April, 1992 GSR No. 424 (E) dated the 20th April, 1992

(6) No. 260/92-Customs, dated the 27th August, 1992 GSR No. 738 (E) dated 27th August, 1992

(7) No. 103/93-Customs, dated the 16th March, 1993 GSR No. 286 (E) dated 16th March, 1990.
