CUS NTF 10/98-CUS DATED 23-4-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public nterestso to do, hereby makes the following further amendments, in the notifications of the vernmentofIndia, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, as shown in column 2 of the Table below, as mentioned in column 3 of the said Table, namely:-
