CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION NO. 70/1998 Dated 25-9-98

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further mendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. 23/98-Customs , dated the 2nd June , 1998, namely

In the said notification, in the Table, for serial No. 203 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted namely:-

	(1)	(2)		(3)	  	(4)      	(5)	  (6)

	"203. 	85.24  	CD-ROMs containing      	 Nil     	Nil       	   -
              		books of educational
               		nature, journals. periodicals
              		(magazines) or newspapers
