Edible Oils - Duty Exemption extended upto 31-3-200
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,
1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the
public interest so to do, hereby make the following further amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of
Revenue), No.20/99-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1999, namely:-
In the table below the said notification, for S.No.10 and the entries relating thereto,
the following shall be substituted, namely:-
