Attention of the trade is invited to the Public Notice No. 93/99 dated 17-08-99 as modified from time to time and lastly by Public Notice No. 144/99 on 31-12-99 and prescribing the procedure for accountal of cargo meant for transhipment to ICDs/CFSs.

The implementation of Public Notice No. 93/99 dated 17-08-99 modified is held in abeyance till a final view is taken on this issue.
