Officers working timings
It is notified for the information of the Trade/importers/CHAs and staff that in order to further facilitate smooth functioning and speedy assessment of Bill of Entry, paras (2) & (3) in Public Notice No. 66/2001 dated 24.5.2001 may be replaced by following para.

2. All the appraising Officers working in import groups my interact with the Trade /Importers/CHAs as per following timings,

Section Time

Group-I 11.00 AM – 11.30 AM

IIB-I 11.30 AM – 12.00 PM

IIB-II 12.00 AM – 12.30 PM

III 12.30 PM - 1.00 PM

IV 3.00 PM - 3.30 PM

VA 3.30 PM - 4.00 PM

VB 4.00 PM - 4.30 PM

VI 4.30 PM - 5.00 PM

All the officers are directed to strictly comply with above timing for interaction.
