Pending Shipping Bills-reg.
There are a large number of Shipping Bills pending in the system in which EP copy of the Shipping Bill could not be printed for the reason that there is a mismatch in the rotation number given in the shipping bill and the EGM. It has been decided that following officer would take up such cases for correction of this said error. (Dy, Commr. Export), Dy. Commr. (MOD), Dy.Commr. (Export-F/Basin) & Dy. Commr. (Group 7). For these purposes the exporter would present to them with the original or self attested copy of the Mate Receipt. In case of doubt they may call the other documents like EGM etc. To assist them Data Entry operator have been posted under them. A record of shipping bills corrected and the related documents should be kept by them.
