Impose provisional anti-dumping duty on D(-) Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine Base
Attention of all concerned is invited to the Notification 18/2002 – cus dated 15.02.2002 seeking to impose provisional anti-dumping duty on D(-) Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine Base, originality in, or exported from Peoples Republic of China and Singapore.

In this connection, it may be clarified that the said D(-) Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine Base is also know as D (-) Alpha Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine, D(-) Alpha Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine base, D(-) Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine, Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine Base, Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine, D(-)P-Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine; and that being so provisional anti-dumping duty at the rates applicable, as per the notification, is also being leviable on the said article described by any of the aforesaid names.
