Indian Customs EDI Systems – Export -reg.
Attention of all Exporters / Custom House Agents and other members of trade is invited to P.N. No. 42/99 dated 22-03-1999 as amended for filing of export documents under Indian Customs EDI Systems – Export.

It is noticed that while filing State of Origin of Export for goods in the Annexure, the correct code number and name of State is not filed properly. It is mandatory to file correct State of Origin of goods and its code.

The list containing the names of States and their respective codes is enclosed in the Annexure to this Public Notice for the convenience of the trade.

All are Requested to fill in the names of the State and their codes correctly while filing Annexure. A/B to Public Notice No. 42/99 dated 22-03-99 as amended.
