Subject: Daily List of Imports/Exports-Reg.
Attention of the Trade Members including Importers and Exporters is invited to the following rates for subscribing to the Daily List of Imports/Exports in Floppy Disks:
Half Yearly Annual
Subscription Subscription
i. Daily List of Exports Rs. 4,000/- Rs. 8,000/-
ii. Daily List of Exports Rs. 4,000/- Rs. 8,000/-
2. The subscription should be paid by means of Demand Draft/Pay Order drawn in favour of "The Director (Statistics), New Custom House, Mumbai" and should be sent to the address of "The Director(Statistics), Gr. Floor, Old Bldg., New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai-38. No cheque payment will be accepted.
3. The subscription for the full year will be applicable for the period 01-04-2000 to 31-03-2001.
4. Subscription for the half year will be applicable for the period 01-04-2000 to 30-09-2000 or 01-10-2000 to 31-03-2001-as the case my be.
5. For the subscriptions received in a month, the Daily List data from the succeeding month shall be sent by registered post. The daily list data of the period prior to the date of payment of subscription amount will not be made available. The subscribers may, therefore, make payment of subscription amounts before 01-04-2000 for the Daily List data for one year perriod or six months period commencing from 01-04-2000. The subscribers requiring Daily List Data only for the second half year commencing from 01-10-2000 may pay the subscription amount on or before 01-10-2000. After the above mentioned period, subscription shall not be accepted. Subscription amounts, once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
6. Any change in the mailing address should be intimated well in time. This Custom House shall not be responsible for consequent non-receipt or delays.
7. The above subscription rates are liable to be revised from time to time.
8. The daily list data supplied to the subscribers should not be resold, in any form, to others.
9. All queries from the Trade relating to Daily List data should also be addressed to the said Director(Statistics) only.
10. With the commencement of supply of Daily List data on floppies w.e.f. 01-04-2000, the previous system of supply of printed copies of Daily List will be stopped w.e.f. 01-04-2000.
