NOTIFICATION NO. 38/2003-CUSTOMS(N.T) Date 5th June, 2003
G.S.R. 457 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157 of the Customs act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following regulation further to amend the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulation, 1998, namely :-

(1) These regulation may be called the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Amendment Regulations, 2003.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998 in Regulation 2, in sub-regulation (2), in clause (a), for the words " Jaipur and land Custom stations other than at Gojadanga and Petrapole in West Bengal" the words Jaipur, Trivandrum and land custom stations other than at Gojadanga and Petrapole in West Bengal shall be substituted.
