Sub: Customs procedure for export of container cargo from ICD/CFSz in India to Bangladesh and Nepal through LCSs-reg.

Attention of all concerned is invited to the Public Notice No.82/2003 dated 29.07.2003 on the above subject.

1. In pursuance to the representations from Trade and Industry, the matter has been re-examined and it has been decided that, henceforth, the provisions contained at Para 3ot the aforesaid Pubic Notice may be substituted as under:-

2. "(3)" the facility for movement of export cargo from ICDs/CFSs, to Nepal and Bangladesh mentioned above shall be available if cargo is moved through LCSs at Petraple and Gede in Indo-Bangladesh border and Raxaul & Nantanwa(sonauli) at Indo Nepal border."

3. All Trade Associations, Chamber of Commerce, and members of RAC are requested to bring the contents of the Public Notice to the knowledge of their constituents members and other concerned.
