In exercise of the powers conferred by the Notification No. 33/94(NT) Customs, dated 01.07.94 of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, Pungathur Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District in the State of Tamil Nadu is hereby declared to be a warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
