Notification No. 68/ 2004 - Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Amendment Regulations, 2004.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998, in regulation 2, in sub-regulation (2), in clause (a), for the words “Trivandrum and land custom stations”, the words “ Trivandrum, Cochin and land custom stations” shall be substituted.

Notification No. 69/2004 - Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 63/94-CUSTOMS(NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-
In the said notification, in the table annexed thereto, against serial number 2 relating to Bangladesh, against item number (50) relating to Barsora occurring in column (3), in column (4), for item number (a) and the entries relating thereto , the following item number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“ (a) Cherragaon (India) to Cherragaon (Bangladesh)”.
