NOTIFICATION NO. 03/2004 (CUSTOMS) (NT) (VSP)
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), I, S.C. CHOUDHURY, the Commissioner of Customs, Visakhapatnam, on request of Vizag Seaport Limited, vide their letter No. 01:11:001/1438/2004-05, dated 17.08.2004 hereby approve the place, as specified below to be a proper place for loading and unloading of goods including Containers and containerized goods.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (b) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962, I also specify the boundaries, and the limits of the above stated Customs Area being specific measurements and enclosed by the boundaries as specified below.:

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21 st November, 1994, namely:-
In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 10 relating to State of Madhya Pradesh, the entry in column (3) shall be lettered as (a) and after entry (a) as so lettered and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following entries shall, respectively, be inserted in columns (3) and (4), namely :-
