Sealed quotations are invited from reputed and qualified vendor for AMC for (Diesel Generators sets), (Air Conditioning Plant equipments) and Electrical Panels installed at Ground Floor of New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai-400 001

Sealed quotations are invited from reputed and qualified vendor for the following work :-

Name of the Work : Annual maintenance contract for (Diesel Generators sets), (Air Conditioning Plant equipments) and Electrical Panels installed at Ground Floor of New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai-400 001. The scope of work is only indicative and tender specifications book containing the detailed description of the scope of the work can be obtained from the office of the Dy. Commissioner of Customs, EDI, 1st floor, Annexe Bldg, New Custom House, Mumbai-400001 on any working day between 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM on payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) by TR-6 challan. The tender specification book if downloaded from the www.cbec.gov.in and www.mumbaicustoms.gov.in sites then the non-refundable fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) is required to be paid in the same manner at the time of submission of tender.

The intending tenderer is required to submit tenders in two separate sealed envelopes:

(a) TECHNO COMMERCIAL BID: incorporating technical expertise details.

(b) FINANCIAL BID: incorporating relevant price details.

Receipt of Offer: On or before 5.00 P.M. of 26.02.2004 by the Dy. Commissioner of Customs (EDI), o/o The Commissioner of Customs (General), New Custom House, Annexe Building, First Floor, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400-001.

Opening of tender: The Techno Commercial Bid will be opened on 27.02.2004 at 11.30 A. M and the Financial Bid will be opened on 01.03.2004 at 11.30 A.M in the Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Custom House, 2nd floor, Ballard Estate, Mumbai-400 001.

Completion Period: Annual Maintenance Contract.

Eligibility Conditions: Only such firms having a turnover of more than Rs. 30 lakhs for past 3 years and having more than 3 years experience in the AMC are eligible for submitting the tender.
