Sub : Delayed, incomplete or incorrect filing of Import Manfiest or Import Report-reg.
Attention of importers, CHAs, Shipping Agents, Steamer Agents, Shipping lines, Consoles, Carriers, NVOCC, Multi Modal Operators, Break Bulk Agents, Consolidators, Freight Forwarders, and members of trade and all other concerned dealing with the import manifest for a vessel is invited to Board’s Circular No. 13/2005 dated 11.03.2005 read with amended Section 30 of the Customs Act 1962 regarding amendment in Import General Manifest.

All the concerned agencies are hereby directed to take a note of the instructions contained in the Board’s Circular no. 13/2005 dated 11.03.2005 and ensure proper compliance thereof. Also, they are requested to give wide publicity thereto among all the concerned so that proper and effective compliance thereof is ensured.
