Sub : Removal of Budget Day Restrictions for Budget 2006-2007 –reg.
1.Attention of all Importers /Exporters, CHAs and Trade is invited to the above mentioned subject, that the Union Budget 2006-2007 is likely to be presented at 11.00 A.M. on 28th February, 2006.

2. In this regard, the contents of Public Notice No. 19/2003 dated 25.02.2003 are hereby reiterated. Thus, as on any other day, on the Budget day. i.e. 28th February, 2006 also the importers/exporters shall be free to carry our their import/export activities as per law.
