FACILITY NOTICE NO. 04/2007 Date: 25-05-07

Sub : Trade Facilitation Meeting - reg.
It is brought to the notice of all concerned that next Trade Facilitation Meeting of the Import Commissionerate will be held at 1030AM on 14.06.07. The venue of the meeting would be the Conference Hall at the 11th floor of the Annexe building, New Custom House, Mumbai.

2. Henceforth the Trade Facilitation Meeting will be held on every second Thursday of the month at 1030 hrs. In case the second Thursday of the month happens to be holiday the meeting will be held on the next working day.

3. In case it is not possible to held the Trade Facilitation Meeting on the scheduled date all concerned will be suitably intimated.

4. This issues with the approval of the Commissioner of Customs (Import)
