Sub : Designation of Appellate authority, CPIO and CAPIO under the Commissioner of Customs ( Import) New Custom House, Mumbai, Mumbai Zone –I reg.
In partial modification of Public Notice No. 59/2005 dated 11.10.2005, and in suppressions of Public Notice No. 21/2007 dated 23.05.07 and 37/2007 dated 21.09.2007 and in terms of Board letter vide F. NO. 296/115/2007-CX.9 dated 12.11.2007 received from Commissioner (Coord), the Board has re-designated appellate authority, CPIO and CAPIO in terms of section 5 (1) of RTI Act-2005.
The following authorities have been appointed / designated as Appellate authority, Central Public Information Officers(CPIO) and Central Assistant Information Officers ( CAPIO) for the Commissioner of Customs( Import) New Custom House, Mumbai Zone-I, Mumbai.
