Attention of the Citizens of India is drawn to the Public Noitce No.02/2008 dt. 09.01.2008 issued designating Shri Kishori Lal, Addl. Commissioner as Appellate Authority for the information pertaining to the office of the Commissioner of Customs (Appeal).

Consequent to the transfer of Kishori Lal, Addl. Commissioner, in partial modification of the said Public Notice, Shri Ajay Saxena, Addl. Commissioner of Customs is designated as the Appellate Authority within the jurisdiction of the Office of the Commissioner of Customs (Appeal), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai-400 001.
