Ineligible Exports /Categories

3.11.4

Following shall not be counted for entitlement

(i) Export of imported goods covered under Para 2.35 of FTP;

(ii) Exports originating in third country but transshipped through India;

(iii) Exports of SEZ units or SEZ products exported through DTA units; and

(iv) Deemed Exports.
