Meeting Legal Expenses for Trade Related Matters

3.2.1.1

DOC would provide financial assistance to deserving exporters on recommendation of EPCs for meeting cost of legal expenses for trade related matters. However, financial assistance would be restricted to statutory compliances such as registration charges, litigation in anti dumping and countervailing cases, etc. as provided under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme of DOC.
