Terms and Conditions of an Authorisation

Every Authorisation shall contain such terms and conditions as may be specified by RA which may include:

(a) Description, quantity and value of goods;

(b) Actual User condition;

(c) Export Obligation;

(d) Minimum Value addition to be achieved;

(e) Minimum export/import price;

(f) Validity period as specified in HBP v1.
