- Memorandum of Understanding and Article of Association of both the eligible company for bulk licence and its 100% subsidiary company which is the applicant applying for bulk licence.

- Statement of turnover of Cut & Polished diamonds during the preceding three licensing years duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Cost & Works Accountant (in case of overseas companies)
